Team Roles
This project will be extremely in-depth. Part of your grade will come from how well you work, communicate, and coordinate with other people in your group. As a result, each member will have a role to fill in each project (explained below). You will rotate through these roles so everyone will get the chance to try out each role. Questions should first be posed to the Team Leader, then brought to the teacher.
For every "mini project," each team must have:
Team Leader - Leads teal discussions, suggests division of labor, develops overall project plan
Secretary - Collects all materials and keeps them in a central location (Google Drive, Weebly, etc.), takes note of assignments, etc.
Team Member - Takes individual notes, participates in team discussion, reviews resource materials

You will have to solve a real-world problem.
Countries have, and always had, problems big and small. Throughout your research, be on the lookout for some that exist today. Perhaps as a group you could brainstorm some solutions... It may come in handy later on...
Be creative.
If you have an idea or want to do something slightly different than the project topic, don't hesitate to ask. Don't be afraid to be different or try something new. Remember: how something is presented is just as important as what is being presented.
